Feel free to add me, 33 years old, my son is one this month and have been lifting since 14 weeks post partum, loving how it's helped me lose my baby weight and has transformed my shape!

Add me if you want, I have set my calories at 1540, do eat more than that on workout days up to around 1900 depending on intensity.
-
Hey, feel free to add me, MFP gives me 1380 a day but tend to eat from 1300-1550 depending on what exercise I have done that day.

Hi everyone, I am 33 from Glasgow, Scotland and mum to a 7 month old boy. Before I got pregnant I was a bit of a cardio bunny and my weight yo-yo'd between 140 and 154 which although not horrendous every pound shows when you are 5'4. I joined a bootcamp style class when my son was 14 weeks old and have got down from 182 to…

Mine is Friday so have the same dilemma, have decided to have a meal out and enjoy myself within reason and try and log as accurately as possible. I am also going to get a gym session in that morning to try and counter balance any potential damage :-) However I figure it's only one day!

Hi I'm 5'4 SW - 182 (weight after having baby) CW - 155 GW - 136 Am now 7 months post partum and was hoping to have all the weight off by 9 months, probably too ambitious now but I will get there! Once I get to 136 will reevaluate and decide whether can go lower!
-
Congratulations, you look amazing. Going to send you a request, I am 5,4 and currently weighing in at 162, aiming for around a 30 pound loss myself.

Just found this post at the perfect time!! I have just been asked to be a bridesmaids for November this year and we are going dress shopping in a month! Have been on and off here quite a bit, not going to do anything drastic just focus more on nutrition and exercise. I seem to work well when I have a goal to work towards…

I have exactly the same problem, sadly it's the last place I lose from so all I can say is persevere, you need to lower overall body fat first then eventually these areas will start to reduce. I generally mix cardio with lots of squats and lunges and some weight training and over time see a difference. There isn't one…

Can you get him involved in your healthy eating and fitness, do active things together, walks, gym etc? Or if you have to have the fast food make better choices and limit it to once a week or make healthier versions at home like homemade burgers or stir fry's.

great attitude :-)

What about some core work, planks, side planks, crunches? Or upper body work using weights? Swimming is also easy on the joints.

I either add in a small avocado and pepper to a can of tuna or spice it up with onions and jalapenos and have it with salad and a baked sweet potato. Have also tried thai tuna fishcakes, was a Gordon Ramsey recipe however they were a massive fail as they fell apart, going to try them again to see if can get the mix right…

I love this post, your so right, most of these things are available at all times, so why when it's a special occasion this is used as an excuse to overindulge! Luckily living in the UK my next holiday is Christmas so plenty of time to prepare, def going to focus on turkey and limit the sides, they are tasty but also…

I sometimes struggle with binge cravings and like you once I start that's it! Could you go for a walk, take a bath, paint your nails - something to take your mind off eating and keep you occupied. You should find the need to binge subsides the longer you leave it!! I try and make sure I don't have any sweets etc in the…

Wow what an inspirational story. Well done :)

I would say nay but that's more because I am an all or nothing girl so a cheat meal for me turns into a cheat day into a cheat weekend and so on!! Saying that if its a special occasion I will make an exception but make sure I hit the gym that day and burn off some of the calories in advance so can have a treat within my…
