I start every morning with hot water and lemon, I find it quite easy to take first thing particularly if you aren't up to eating yet. I have heard it's also meant to cleanse your body, to be honest I can't confirm this however since I have started taking it I get less colds - thinking all that vitamin c can't be bad!!

It depends if only have eggs in the house I toss the yolks but I try and buy a carton of only egg whites when possible but that can be quite expensive compared with buying eggs in bulk.

I love Body Attack, Body Pump, Cross Trainer and some Legs, Bums and Tums classes! My go to gym machine is the Cross Trainer!! Actually making me want to work out thinking about it!! :-)

Add in a handful of nuts either throughout the day or before bed, they will keep you from being hungry but won't leave you feeling too full.

Me too 7 to go..... However the closer I get the more I seem to think it's ok to have a cheat day or a few treats!! Still set in a food reward mindset which is what got me here in the first place. But I will stick at it and hopefully in a few weeks will be able to say am at goal weight :-)

I can get through anywhere from 4-10 cups of green tea a day, I tend to drink more at the weekends. Hopefully that's not too much.
