is that the show were a heavy person trades meals with a very skinny person?? i have seen that show twice. it was good.

have you ever had those sun dried tomato and basil tortillas?? those things are so good. Im not sure what brand makes them or how many calories are in them. i just had one while camping with friends two weeks ago.

oh i weight 188 and im only 5'1. Im following the MFP rules lol. i dont think i would take anything to loose weight.

i was also told that a good diet consists of 2000 calories a day. so by eating 1500-1800 was good cause it was less then the 2000. i guess i was dead wrong. Is there a place on MFP that shows some different exercises to do?? i know basic ones but i would like to do more
