CLA and Whey Protien shakes??
I have heard from Dr. Oz show that CLA can help you loose tummy fat. so i bought some. it says to take it morning, noon and supper time. in the morning i have a whey protien shake. is it OK to take CLA with the whey protien shake??? TY

I tend to always get the most hungry at night. so i have bigger (not huge) meals at night. what are some really good lower calories meals to make for supper?? what are your favorite meals?? right now my suppers are around 600 calories for everything. consisting of some kind of meat, veggies and a grain. I was surfing the net to find a BMR scale. At one site that offered the free BMR scale test thingy i saw a very strange AD.I was backing out of the page when i saw it. this is probably a stupid Q but how do i track the number of calories i burned when i do a workout video?? i have a biggest looser dvd that i started. It is full of different kinds of workouts, like aerobics ect. But how do i do that on here?? just say like 30 minutes of cardio?? TY for the help

why am i still gaining?
I have acid reflux so i cant eat much or else i get sick feeling. I eat around 1500 to 1800 calories a day. I don't work out much at all. Im under stress due to daily things in my life.
