I did one here in San Francisco.. OMG the vibe was so fun and the excitement of getting dye thrown at you is awesome. When you're done with your Run/walk stay for the "party" at the stage. Let the dye rain on you. And bring extra clothes from shoes shirt pants you will need it. I have pics but how do u post it here

I went out and got an Xbox kinect. I do a work out with Nike+trainer, Zumba, and dance central.. Also there's Shaun T hip hop abs on you tube.. And a bunce of other workouts Search for 30 min workouts a bunch comes up

Lovely message very inspiring. I'm hustle for these 11lbs this month so I can say I DID THAT TOO. No where near done when I do. Reading your post DEFINITLY makes me want to add to that weight loss. Can I do 200lbs gone. Lol that would be AWESOME if I did.

I'm kinda picky who I add or even request to add me. I don't think a message matters. I kinda look at the weight loss. I like to see that the person requesting an add is actually doin something putting in some type of work!! Someone I can get tips or even some type of inspiration from. I use Dance Central 2 on Xbox as a home workout. It's a pretty nice burn/sweat. But I don't always do the fitness side of it. When just doing game play with the house folks how ever long we go I can estimate the calories burned just from thinking about normal workout times/minutes. I know if I did about 30 mins I can add…

So if u eat up to 1200 or below and exercise its bad? Should have told me that 86lbs ago. I don't eat maybe no more then 1100 a day. That's just what my 3 main meals and snacks consist of. Doesn't make much sense to eat back what u burn. Kinda seem like the whole purpose of exercising. I already have trouble eating what's given to me (or what I set) seems waaaaaayyy to much.
