i weigh myself first thing in the morning. Never weigh yourself after a workout because ur body tends to retain water after a workout and the scale will be a few pounds higher then it really should.

Ur body gets used to being on a diet and u will stop loseing after awhile when ur body gets used to ur diet so once inawhile u should have a SPIKE DAY to fool ur body into thinking that u r no longer watching ur calories. eat a few more cals maybe once a week to jump start ur weight lose.

I think one cheat day a week is good for your weight lost needs. Ur body will get used to ur diet so every once in awhile u should eat a few more calories then normal to trick ur body into thinking u no longer are on a diet and then BOOOOOOM, the next day u watch ur cals again and u should start to loose some more lbs!

Its just easy if u need to grab a fast bite to eat. Better then burgerking or wendys.

Boiled chicken and a bananna r awesome. Sometimes i will mix peanut butter with instant oatmeal as well.

just remember not to think of it as a diet, think of it as a life change. I have lost 50 lbs in about 7 months, just go to the gym and watch ur cals. Plan ur meals the day before, that helps a lot as well.

For an hour or so everyday I get to be by myself. Just me and the weights. Its my time to relax and clear my head.

WOW! AWESOME!!!!! I cut out all fast food as well but I still drink soda a lot. I drink cLORIE AND SUGAR FREE SODA. Its one of my last vices. I have a few before and after pics posted on my profile, it makes me feel sooooo good to look at them every once in awhile. keep up the great work!!!!

I wouldnt call it a splurge day for me but once a week I do like to eat something different. I call it my escape from reality day!
