Ive been eatting for breakfast a lot of oatmeal with peanut butter mixed in lately but I am begining to crave something different. What do u guys eat for breakfast?
Iam in my 30's and have found that it takes my body a few more days to recover from exercise then it used to, lol. Anybody else feel this way?
