gOOD QUESTION! I have read also that the human body can only digest and use about 29-30 grams of protein at once also. Does anyone know if this is true?

mY ADVICE WOULD BE TO See if ur gym offered a personel trainer. Most gyms will give u 1 free training session when u join to help show u how to use the equipment and also give u advice on what to do to meet your goals. Check it out to see if ur gym does this for its new members.

Make Sundays ur cheat day and eat whatever u want.

I will not PIG OUT on cheat days (sundays), but if i want to have a couple of slices of pizza or a extra helping of something I will do that. Maybe I will even have a few scoops of ice cream. I do not count my calories on these days because i need one day a week to free my mind from all the other 6 days of calorie…

See if a gym by u offers a Kidz Fitness class! I see kids at my gym all the time doing these types of classes. They seem to have a very good time. They work out and make friends at the same time!
