Be sure you are being honest with him first and foremost. If you indeed have zero attraction to him at all, that of course is an issue. Hi. I am way older than you so I have to work at it much harder. It's 80%nutrition. You can go to the gym 7 days a week but if you don't change the way you eat you won't get too far. I track my food and do Herbalife products. Nutrition is so important, and so much of what we eat has nothing

You should see results much quicker. Around 2008 I lost 30 lbs in 3 mos (started around 220). You'll be surprised. It's getting closer to your goal that is so dang hard. I've been trying to lose the last 20-25 for a while now. My lowest was 184, but now I'm back up to 191. UGGG. KEEP GOING!!

Yea, I burned about 40 calories less w/ this one than the last one too. Totally ready for cardio recovery (hopefully the word recovery in the title doesn't mean we'll need lots of recovery afterwards lol)!!! GOOD WEEK GUYS!

Heart rate monitors are key, in my opinion anyway. Everyone burns calories at a different rate, and I don't rely on the exercise lists in here. I got the Mio Petite for about $40 at Academy sports. I've never had knee problems, but if they're constantly hurting through this, you may want to inform your Dr. Knees are nothing to ignore. I know several people who have had knee replacements, even as young as early 40's! Maybe also take a look at the shoes you are wearing and make sure they are durable and fit properly.…

I was never "skinny", but was not fat either. I had my first kid at 24, and wow, the lbs packed on and were super hard to get rid of. To avoid eating the wrong things, and avoid over eating. Exercise starting early! And eating for 20 while you are pregnant is NOT a good idea!! LOL

If you notice the posts on the news feed, it gives you a TOTAL calories burned from any exercises you enter that day, and only puts the one you entered first on the feed. I actually got diagnosed w/ Hypothyroidism back in January (I had gained 10 lbs since summer and had a never ending craving for anything in sight). One cheat meal per week is fine, and go right back to your normal routine. Sometimes I derail myself w/ the cheats and think "hey, I didn't gain anything on that cheat meal, one more won't hurt" and back down the spiral I go.
