I know the feeling.... I'm weaing my "big pants" today and they are feelng tight, so I weighed myself to make me feel better... I've gained 2 lbs... fml

Huh, I never thought of that. My diet is very high in veggies and some fruits. I also eat either oatmeal or fibre one for breakfast, but I've noticed I'm not getting enough water. I need to increase my uptake.

I know, I can't believe it. I'm vegetarian turning vegan so I don't really eat any animal bi-products (like eggs, milk etc) and I run six days a week. My weakness is sugar though! I can't seem to get enough...

Hey! I do interval training made by the running room . It's a fantastic way to get started. Don't worry, I'm super slow too, but running makes me feel great. I'm sitting at 209 lbs, and I started running at 230 lbs, so running also really helps to shed pounds! You can do it!

Hey! I do yoga all the time,and I`m 209 lbs. I`ve found that Hatha works the best for me. It`s slow, but you still work up a sweat.
