My calories are set to 1240. I usually eat around 1300 calories per day and lose about 3 pounds a week but this week it was only 1.5.

Ive done most of my running on the treadmill cuz its been so hot and humid here. Today still humid but like 60 degress and over cast so ran outside

Today was 7 miles. Had a protein bar before 1 litre of water during/after the run and a protein shake at home since im not hungry

So far my longest has been 8 miles. This sat is 10miles

Im following a toronto womens half training schedule to finish in 2hrs 15 mins to 2hrs 30mins and you run 3 times a week 2 shorter runs and 1 long. Found it to finish in 2hrs to 2 15 and you run 4 days a week

Its has been 100 and thats not including the humidity. My race is not till Sept 23 and the course is flat. There might be a bit of an incline but not too much that I would need tons oif training

Hes not in a crate for 9 hours anymore. He used to be and we didnt have the chewing problem. The chewing problem has started since hes been out of his crate and free in the house

Our mastiff is a year and a half. Hes not alone we have another dog as well. He used to be in a metal crate but he dug the front of it out a bit and starting to rust

Its so hard. The dogs are left alone for 9 hours a day but nothing we can do about that since we are gone to work. Just dont know what to do.
