Thx for your imput. Ill start running more outside and hope to grow the love of running outside. I do run at a 1%. incline when running on the treadmill.

Does anyone have a good strength training workout?

I have not ran any races in almost 2 years but I am on week 6 of couch to 10k and then plan on running 5 and 10ks. I will be training for the half. Thx for the advice!

Well another day missed :( Went to the clinic tonight after work and I have a sinus infection. I got an antibiotic so going to give myself 1 more day off and then join you guys on day 4. You guys are doing awesome keep up the great work!

Well I am sad. I didnt get my day 1 in today :( I woke up late (trying to get rid of this head cold I have) had to get groceries had familyover for dinner. Cleanedthe house, prepared dinner and they just left and no energy to workout. I will be a day behind in the challenge. WTG everyone on the awesome job today!!!!
