I wear my heart rate monitor when working out so I know how many calories Im burning. I am just adding my exercise calories to my 1200

My TDEE would be 1909. I only workout for roughly a half hour a day right now. I do a jillian michaels workout dvd 3 days a wk then alternating days im doing c25k. I would eat the 1300-1500 regardless but I was always under my calories for the day.

Yes i am going to also try and run M,W,F and do Jillian T,T,S and have sunday as a rest day. I have never done ripped in 30. Ill do level 1 tonight! Plus a friend of mine is a personal trainer and she has me doing a core challenge 2 times a day.
