I am 2.5 weeks in and loving it! Ladies I have a tip for you when you are working out. Wear a spanx. I know it sounds silly and thats what I thought when I was told but it works! It sucks eveything in for you when you are working out so you don't have to worry. What is your fav workout on phase 1? I have lost 6.4lbs so far

My fav is Miller Chill. Its only 100 calories per bottle and you can get it in Lime or Lemon. I prefer the lemon!

Has anyone completed RevAbs? What were your results like?

It is a 90 day workout program by Brett Hoebel who was one of the biggest loser trainers on the past season. It has abs, cardio and strength training.

I am so glad to have done day 6!! I can't remember the last time that I worked out 6 days straight and tomorrow will make it 7!!! Had a bad day yesterday with eating and drinking but oh well life happens. Today I burned 197 calories. Im really enjoying these morning workouts. Happy shredding everyone!

Well day 5 is complete! Half way done level 1 and I can already start to see and feel results! I really need to start getting up early in the morning and workout before work because today I burned like 30 more calories!! I had a nice burn of 207 calories! Well have a great workout!

Ah day 4 is done! Well I start the video with a exercise I hate which are push ups and end with another one I hate which is bicycles. I did do better today with the bicycles so hopefully by day 10 I can do them all! I burned 179 calories tonight!

Sorry I didn't have time to post last night. I did complete day 3 last night. For some reason last night seemed to be the hardest workout so far. I burned 172 calories. I'm feeling good, more energy and a bit slimmer!

Day 2 is complete! Well my hrm worked during todays workout and I burned 192 calories. I think circuit 2 is my fav. What is your fav circuit?

Day 1 complete!! I burned 165 calories but its more than that because my HRM kept stopping. I really hate it when it does that! So far not that sore BUT i'm sure that will change! I really hate the bicycles for the last set of abs...they kill me! I did use 5lb weights. What is everyone else using?

Im in! I was going to start 30DS tomorrow anyways but having a group with motivation and support makes its SO much easier! I saw doing weigh ins and measurements before you start I also strongly suggest a before picture. I have seen some amazing results from the 30 DS!!

Since you aren't running too long it is not that bad to do it 5-6 days a week. I did when I first started.

I also have PCOS and doing Visalus and weight watchers. I haven't been as good as I should but this week have been!!
