oh tell me about it, I just got a gowear fit this past week, called the bodybugg for 24 hr fitness and biggest loser, I do a body combat class for an hour and was excepting 700-800 calories burned as the class is a huge workout. Man was I a little bummed only was 480 jeez guess I just have to work out more =)

I am told it does, that you should have something small low carb around 2 hours before you go to sleep so your metabolism keeps going.

I just sent a friend request so far I have been working out 6 days a week and staying right at or a little under 1200 calories, so I am up for the challenge =) I'm new to myfitnesspal and I'm loving it. It really help with keeping you accountable for your exercise and food you put in your mouth.
