Join me! Fitness challenge

Hi all!
I am very busy. That is my biggest challenge to weight loss. I work long hours and don't exercise enough. I want to get back on track and would like a group to join me. Three goals for this group:
1. Exercise a minimum three times a week and post activity
2. Eat calorie allotment
3. Help each other stay motivated and positive
I would like to start with posting lbs/kg lost on Friday's. No need to post your weight. Just progress made. If you are up to the challenge please add me as a friend.

  • I just sent a friend request so far I have been working out 6 days a week and staying right at or a little under 1200 calories, so I am up for the challenge =)

    I'm new to myfitnesspal and I'm loving it. It really help with keeping you accountable for your exercise and food you put in your mouth.

    I'm in!!!! Like Haley I am very busy and need to set time aside for exercising. Even if it is 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm up for it!!

    Hi,

    I'm a bit different as I've reached my goal but on the other hand, exercise is always a challenge with me as I'm a single mom and also work full time... So time to exercise requires a lot of discipline and honestly althought the weight is gone, I cannot afford and definitely don't want to gain it back; so exercise must be part of my life (as well as controlling food of course :))

    So count me in :)
