Hello all i am new to this site

I am getting married this year on July 17th and would love to lose 28lbs seems a lot i know but i am 15st 13½lbs at the mo and would to be 13st 13½lbs by my wedding day.

How has everyone done on here and are the calories accurate?

Please add me as a friend as i am new

I hope with this site i will be able to reach the target that i am aiming for

p.s i am doing ww at the moment but i want to have faster weight loss lol

    The calories are pretty accutate. If your in doubt take the calorie count from the labels
    on the food items you are using. Also step up the exercise for a better weight loss.

    Burn more than you take in.

  • Welcome...Good luck to you! This is day two for me into counting the calories and so far it has made me a bit more conscious of what I eat. my husband laughs at me but Im trying to take it all serious so i can also set a good example for my kids...
    I work out 4-5 times a week and that is probably the hardest part to stick to! Good luck to you!

    i have been looking at the excercise sections so what you are saying i eat 1,200 calories is what i am supposed to eat recommended on here so i have to burn 1,200 calories in order to lose weight
