dAY 1 Bru ha ha. Food everywhere! Basically ate 1/2 of a few sweets and avoided fats. Healthy lunch (should have brought left over home!) because EXHAUSTED! and no energy to cook. I always have hommus celery carrots raw peanuts on hand. I also eat a significant breakfast and 10:00 snack so I don't eat a lot for lunch. I'm really not fond of carbs & actually like South Beach & do well with it, but it's not sustainable healthy living. I struggle with the same problem. For me, if I follow a strict South Beach, NO CARBS, for 2 weeks, I lose an inch.
