I would like to join as well, even though your post only says about ten....I am working on my own goal of losing ten or fifteen pounds by September 25th...I work out at the gym daily and eat low carb healthy foods...would love additional support to keep me motivated.

I found an awesome C25K podcast for my ipod...it keeps track of everything for me and plays some great running tunes...im ready!

That is very true. I have a friend who started running and didn't lose anything for a month. She was starting to get discouraged but then right after a month started dropping...I am not really running to solely lose weight...

I am content with not immediately losing weight because feeling better than I feel now, and losing bloat really helps with the motivation factor. I dont need to lose soooo much that not losing for a while will discourage me.
