Just starting is a great first step. The only real exercise I enjoy is walking or riding a bike and as long as I find time for these activities and stay on line with my calories I can lose weight.

Hi, I am having limited success and think some supportive friends would help. I lost 30 pounds 2 years ago and I am working really hard to keep that off and maybe lose an additional 5. I feel really tired of the struggle. Any inspiration is welcome.

I know just where you are coming from. Quit being so hard on yourself. Remember to put your needs first sometimes and sticking to your resolve is one of those needs.
