I'm sure you could. It's well known that people who fidget tend to be slimmer. From the amount my son with ASD stims I'm sure that accounts for a lot of calorie burn. Whether you want to log it or simply want to see it as a calorie burn bonus is up to you though.

I gained over a stone in two months on Seroxat (paxil). I've just come off that (hellish withdrawal, caused massive mood swings, electric shocks and friend loss) and gone onto Cirtalopram with seems to be allowing me to lose weight but still really slow progress. Beta blockers don't help either but I'm allowed to take them…

I drink one or two protein shakes every day (low cal ones made up with water). They keep me full and I never snack when I have them. And it's much easier to keep within my calorie goals now. I really love one for breakfast.

Hi, you can change the diet to suit yourself by going into food goals I think. It's really flexible. You can adapt MFP to any plan you like. Hope that helps.

Hi, I tend to stick to my calorie intake unless I've done a serious workout in which case I'd eat more. Exercise keeps your metabolism up and you don't want to reverse this by not eating enough. Of course whatever workout you do you can have the extra calories you burn. You would just lose the same as if you hadn't worked…
