Your results are amazing!!! Nice work!

I felt like the new to class option kind of drug the workout out, however, since I'm not the most coordinated, it helped to have the moves demonstrated slowly first. PS. FR accepted

I just finished my second workout today. Can't wait for tomorrow. The routine in the first one was really fast and I found myself struggling to keep up a bit, but once I got a hold of it, it was really fun!

I personally know this pain, and I can absolutely sympathize with you. Coming from the dental field, I must advise caution with a few of the suggestions here. First, do NOT use warm/hot compresses. This can increase blood flow to the infected area and increase the risk of the infection spreading. Second, please do NOT mix…

I usually log it as low intensity aerobics. A HRM would give a more accurate number but I have yet to invest in one of those. How do you like the program? I used it many years ago when it first came out and really loved it. I recently decided to do it again and just finished the first week of burn it up.

I work in a dental office that specializes in TMD (tempromandibulor disorder) and if you can't get a night guard right away, try warm compresses on the side of your face to help relax the muscle and ibuprofen. Also, all night guards take some getting use to. Try using it consistently for the next couple of weeks. Waking up…

This is seriously the funniest thread I've read in a while....sitting in my office laughing so hard I have tears.

My naturopath explained that it regulated hormone production that regulates metabolism as well as a bunch of other stuff. I've been on extremely an high dose of Vit D drops for a few months now and have noticed a difference in energy as well as lessened hunger and weight loss. Just be careful about what you spend your…

I've found that low carb isn't as important as cutting out refined carbs. Also, upping protein helps. But to be sure, I would talk to your DR or a nutritionist to find out how much of what you should be eating.

I have a 1 yr old pug that likes to chase my feet around when I exercise....she thinks it's a game. I have to just put her in her crate cause I'm worried I'm going to step on her.

You just shared my story! I was in the same position a few months ago. Go for the adrenal testing. After much testing and trial and error, we found that I needed adrenal support, cut out all sugar, and upped my vitamin D, protein and a few other things and I feel like a normal person again. And, without much effort,…

Have you had your thyroid checked? Being cold all the time can be a symptom of an underactive thyroid.

Hi guys, I'm Sharon. Been following DMB since the early 90's and haven't missed a show at the Gorge since 2000. I'm a single parent of a 12 year old boy, work in the dental field and have 3 dogs. I've been on MFP for a while but chose to stay invisible...it wasn't working so well. Glad I decided to start interacting with…

Well, I definitely watched the calories that I consumed, nothing any different than I do now. I think I had the most success with it because I felt like my cardio ability was always being challenged and areas that I need to work on most such as abs, butt, thighs, were all targeted thoroughly.

Of all the workout dvds out there, I had the most success with Slim in 6. Only problem is, I got it years ago when it was only available on vhs and now I can't use it. I sure do miss it.

Have you ever considered making it yourself? It's really easy once you get past the trial and error of getting it just the way you like it.
