Kansas does, but I think that any state that does nobody even checks to see if what you say is right. So for years I was off by 60lbs, license said I was 220 when I was 280.

I know you'll probably hate reading this BUT, get up earlier. Getting a workout done early in the morning will give you energy though out the rest of the day. I'm up at 4:45 to get my workout in. I use to be tired around 2pm but no longer it really helps getting the workout in early. Good luck!!

This is about alternatives. There are plenty of times we find ourselves with choices on things to eat (and fruits and veg. might not be one of those choices) and this is to help people make the right choices. If you'd like to post "only eat things that don't come in wrappers" go right ahead.

Get what you can afford at first. There are improvements to each Suite but not enough to make the investment to CS5 while still in college. There are some great differences between CS5 and CS3 but you can always invest in the upgrade once you are making money.

Push my speed up with intervals helped me increase my time. Also, try using the incline to help strengthen your legs. This can help your speed, too. Good Luck!!
