I'm at a healthy BMI!

I have finally reached the point where my BMI doesn't say "Overweight"!! It now says "Healthy". I don't know if I completely agree with the whole BMI thing but it still felt good to see "Healthy" :happy: . I still have a ways to go but I actually feel like I'm making progress for once!

    Me too!!! It does feel good. I want to be on the low end of the healthy BMI chart though....it gets harder to lose once you are in the healthy range though! Wish you the best!

    Congratulations and don't worry too much about the numbers. Just make sure to enjoy all the progress you have made so far and bask in the splendor of your accomplishments!!!!!
