  • I just was reading May's issue of womens health magazine and they did an interview on Jillian from the biggest loser. she says to drink coconut milk. it is healthier than rice milk and has more calcium and vitamin D than regular dairy. just a suggestion if your looking for other alternatives. I havnt tried this myself yet.…
  • im glad you got up and ate. i always say if your bodies hungry then feed it! try some healthy snacks like some fruit or veggies. even healthier popcorn is good for you and you get that sensation of munching with popcorn too
