Actually, THE worst restaurant across the board is the Cheesecake Factory. Most of their items was the #1 bad foods for different categories. PRETTY SAD.

I second the vote for more natural sources. Beans, nuts and soy is a great way to fill in those extra points. If you're strong, you could do both. As you wean off smoking you'll begin to see how much better your cardiovascular abilities become. Takes a LOT of will power though!

I use in addition to my other workouts like spin class and running. It's a great program, you will definitely see results if you don't work out much right now. Get your nutrient intake like Bree said. It could be that you're eating too much carbs and not enough protein. Make sure to drink water too, you might mistake your thirst for hunger. Drink water, wait 20 min, then eat if you're still hungry. Avoid the quick sugars that satiate for only an hour!

I drink one glass of water before I go to dinner, then try to keep sipping water before the meal comes. I don't order anything except an entree and I DON'T order carbs as much as I can help it.
