I say that nothing is off limits. I allow myself three bites of anything that I want but I stop at the three bites. Honestly, the first bite is always the best. I love the rotisserie chickens at the grocery store. Easy and good. Just take the skin off. Roast some veggies and you have at least one easy meal.

I think 40 lbs lost is a great success! Just keep taking it one day at a time. You have to listen to your body and let it heal. Failure would be gaining and you haven't done that even with your health challenges so be proud of yourself!
