i just get in done no matter what time! i have been up till 12am doing P90x. during the day if i have to go do errands i power walk in the stores lol i have had security guards follow me cause i go in and go straight to where i need to be lol. gets me everytime when they do that.

watch your carb intake. Are you low or maybe you just need a bit more tweek the numbers. Also how much protein are you consuming ?booth are needed so you can endure. o most importantly keep drinking water before youll need it on a hot day! good luck

Try no to do fast food anymore nothing is healthy. If i do have to eat out its at sit down restaurant i love IHop i can pick apart thing in the calorie count. Im fuller longer and still come home and am able to workout 2 hr after.they have a cool low calorie section. Taco bell or anyother is not filling and waist of good…

follow the worksheet to track your foods u know the one thats in the book. make sure u get all those in. if your crashing theres something your missing. i had the same problem try not to focus weight but inches. buy a caliper at your local gnc and watch the inches drop. your only just started so hang in and give it time.…

Hubby and I are on week 4 and we just make a protein shake after workouts. a scoop of the powder, handful of frozen fruit of your choice and a cup of fat free milk mix. works for us! wish you the best!
