Flying Hands Intro

A friend recommended this site to me. She could see that I do a lot of cardio vascular exercise but am at a plateau. Perhaps recording in the Daily Food diary will help me and the reminder of the fats, proteins, calories etc will help me losing again.

I work in a school environment so have a daily activity level that is not sedentary but also not very physically demanding. About a year ago I started using walking tapes and soon discovered I _love_ to run. Now I can run 7-8 km in about an hour and 15 mins.
On alternate days I should be doing minimum of 6 minutes which are strength building - I can find lots of excuses for not doing them.

I hope this site will help me to refocus and get more fit and motivated again.
