I do rawtill4/rawtillwhenever. On work mornings I have to eat oats but other than that I follow rawtill4. I didn't realize there were so many others on myfitpal who did! (: I usually it 2000-3000 calories and my diary is open to friends. I don't always eat perfect but its always vegan!

If you know what your morning resting heart rate is... Check what it is tomorrow morning while laying in bed. If it is higher than normal chances are you are overtraining. Also it will take your heart rate longer to even out after a burst of activity. We learned this in my Exercise Science/Physiology class.

Total BS. Running has millions of benefits for your body. Making sure to take adequate rest days is also an important part of a running routine... Actually any workout routine for that matter. Sooo... I believe this article is way off base.

I am 5'5" and I currently weigh about 124-125 (it fluctuates a lot). My goal weight is 120... =)

Small companies who are not required to put a nutrition label on their food AND when restaurants of college dining halls do not share their nutrition information!

Before you should do some dynamic stretches like high knees, then a slow warm up jog for a mile or so, then walk out your run.... THEN stretch! =)

I have read that adding weights while running a longer distance can possibly lead to injury. However, the article I read was referring to leg weights while running. So perhaps the jacket is a different story. =)

Stick it out, schools important! Sit down, chew gum, try air popped popcorn or baby carrots. Once finals are done with worry about your activity level. Just try to keep your calorie intake in check! I can not stress enough ---- BABY CARROTS, CELERY ect! =)

I MADE IT???? WOAH! I thought I had another ten miles?! Yay! Thanks everyone! What can I say, I just LOVE to run! =) Keep at it and I will too! I think I am going to take a break for a good two weeks before I start into Marathon training... EEEKKK my very first marathon! I hope I can do it!
