  • I'm dairy free too! I love my Yonana's machine for when I have a sweet tooth--it turns frozen fruit into a yogurt like consistency. I also am a big fan of almond milk. I've been playing around with making my favorite recipes dairy free and have even mastered a few including dairy free chicken pot pie, chocolate shake, etc.…
  • Hi!! I started MFP to get motivated for my wedding too! We got engaged November 2011 and our wedding is November 2, 2012!! Only 22 days away! My friends on MFP definitely helped keep me motivated :0) Congrats on your engagement!
  • Oh, is this why I've been in such a huge plateau??? MFP has my my daily calorie intake set to about the same amount my BMR is....so days that I eat less than my MFP, I'm not eating enough? Ooops. I'm going to up my calories and see if I can move off this plateau.

  • Thanks so much for everyone's advice! I have the same issue--hungry ALL the time! I keep going over my 1200 cal/day (set by MFP) even though I workout 4-6 days a week.
