I actually never heard of that. I exercise at night as well, after the baby is asleep. my only option actually. Better someone thing than nothing

Now that summer is here, maybe you guys can both go for long walk on the beach or parks….I think that’s a great way for both of you to spend some quality time, while exercising without even knowing it!

I do eat protein (eggs, blueberries, nuts…), but I feel intimated at the gym, when I see all those “muscled people” with their protein shakes walking around.
