I’m just really upset, I lost so much boobies and weight at the same time. Any exercise I can do to help?

This is hilarious! And the same thing my hubs has said to me. I wish I had some good advice, but unfortunately I have had the same problem with loosing weight. Implants??? LOL0 -
I loose my mine every day when I get home from work. They like being loosed from the contraption that holds them in place all day long. I highly recommend it.

Well, boobs are primarily fat, right? So, you maybe just lost fat there. You can't really "get your boobs back" without gaining fat. But, I will say that mine (after two kids, the youngest of whom was nursed for almost two years) definitely "perked up" a bit when I added in bench pressing heavy.0

You could exercise your wallet. And buy good bras or find a surgeon. Boobs are breast tissue and fat, So unless you start gaining weight again or figure out howto create breast tissue from exercise they probably aren't0
