I agree with you! Especially if you are looking at this as a lifestyle change and not just a diet (which is what I am doing). There is no way someone can maintain a super low calorie diet for the long term and stay healthy. Thanks for posting!

I would really encourage you to talk to a professional. I just don't think eating 650-800 calories a day is healthy, no matter what your weight is. Especially since you mentioned having an eating disorder before. Good luck!!

I have done it! When I went on my scrapbooking retreat--it was just to much of a hassle to try to do everything on my phone and guess at the calories in the food we were served. I think the key is to not let it derail you. I have let that happen to me. I would have one day that was just a total loss--and let that totally…

Yes, you will still lose weight. I almost always eat my exercise calories--just make sure you stay under the total calories. Good luck!!

So far this week is going well. I am definitely making better choices when it comes to what I eat. This weekend will be a bit of a challenge because I will be at a scrapbooking retreat. I weighed in this morning and was still at 197.5 (lost nothing this week). I am actually pleasantly surprised that I did not gain.
