No not from MFP, from other sites with the calculator (I've tried several using my body fat measured by my personal trainer). I work in an office so I'm sitting most of the day. All I'm saying is if I eat 1200 a day with no additional exercise, it doesn't seem like I'd lose a lb a week. Bc that's a deficit of 400 calories.…

When I used to workout in the am I would do it immediately upon getting up.. Because of work I had no time to waste.. I always felt good.. If I waited too long I would get too hungry.. I would recommend trying to stick with one glass and savor it instead of a couple just because you have extra calories to eat. I find that the more I drink, I make poorer choices with food, like starting to munch. Actually I contribute most of my weight gain to alcohol !! but I'm not a fan of total restriction to anything…

I'm over my calories usually every weekend also.. Since I have more time I usually workout longer to help off set it a little .. You can also keep healthy snacks around and make sure you eat something satisfying every few hours .. It will help you not crave the bad stuff!
