I am having a similar day. Today was yoga day for me, and I haven't so much as looked at the dvd. I also ate a bunch of junk. So I know just what you feel. Anyway, hang in there. We can both try not to beat ourselves up too much. One day won't ruin everything. I agree with johnsonjk. Listen to your body.

I'd like to know, too. I was really bummed when I did 30 minutes of arms and shoulder weights and didn't earn any calories! One other person I know who is on here splits the workout. For example, if he does an hour of strength training, he lists it, but puts half of it as a cardio exercise. Not very accurate, probably, but…
