Absolutely no such thing! Otterbox is the best you can get but by no means is it waterproof to that degree. Go buy a Casio Rock or something like that if you really need to swim with something. I m in the industry.....trust me! Do not swim with your iPhone unless you are eligible for upgrade!

I did ww off and on for years. Momentum was the last plan that worked for me but it was painful. I tried points plus twice and did not lose one pound! I had a friend recommend mfp because she had lost over 70 pounds on mfp. I cancelled my ww subscription and I am hooked on mfp!! It is so refreshing just counting calories…

Hi All: I just saw this thread and would love to join. So here goes: 9/7: walked 30 minutes 3.5mph 9/8: grocery shopping for over an hour at Walmart 9/9: cleaning light to moderate for 90 plus minutes

The ones I can't take are the " I only ate 1000 calories every day this week....I worked out this morning doing xyz exercises for 2 hours. Then, I worked out that night for another two hours and am doing this 6 days a week and not losing." That is not realistic......I read this and I cringe. I was sick when I was on 1250…

Pork roast in crock pot....coat with pepper Boil 2 cups water and wisk contents of one Brown Gravy Mix packet in. Pour over pork roast and cook on low all day. Serve with egg noodles or homemade mashed potatoes. Yum!

:happy: I won't lie.....I way over indulge once a week. My husband and I take advantage of "mommy and daddy" time. I plan for it though. I do tend to do the pizza later...or something not so healthy. The next day for lunch---to help me feel a bit better----I will indulge. However, the next day get back on track.…

I grew up riding and showing Saddlebreds....saddle seat equitation. I just got up in June for the first time in 5 or 6 years and it was AWESOME!! My 4 year old daughter and I are starting lessons together. It is such a wonderful experience to share that with her! :happy:
