Firstly well done on your massive weight loss :wink: And i argee with the girls about the weigh in, and have you took measurements? as some people tend to find they lose inches instead on lbs. Keep up the good up x

Welcome to MFP, 1,200 is the same amount as me set to lose weight because if you think about it we are allowed 2,00 calories aday so we are losing 800calories aday and i think you have to cut down on 500 calories per day to lose weight so hopfully we'll see results soon! x

This will be my 3rd day tonight too and boy my legs and arms are killing, hopfully i wont gain any more weight i aint bothred if dont lose any either aslong as i tone up, i really dont wont to put weight on, But is there any chance that i will? as ive been told muscle is heavier than fat? xx

the 30day shred is a dvd a workout for like 20 minutes people say 20/30 minutes. three levels 1,2,3 ten days each level and u see brilliant results after you completed it

its a dvd for like 20/30minutes of the day and people get brilliant results abs more toned too.
