Dont drink water?
This may come across a very stupid question :laugh: But is it still possible to lose weight if you dont drink water at all? I mean cups of water as your ment to drink atleast 2litres aday? Very rare i have water and thats only in robinsons fruit squash or a cup of tea now and again :embarassed: Jade x

When i eat fruit i always go over on my sugar intake but i know these are natural good sugars for our body. Do you recommend that i shouldnt include these in my diary ( i mean still add them) Just take the amount of sugars from the fruits i eat of the total of sugar? Hope this makes sense ha
