Mine down fall is chocolate -_-
I need something to put me off from eatting it.. I can just be sitting there, see it & eat it
This is what recks my diary as its high in sugar & fats..
Once i start eatting it i never know when to stop
Someone please put me off from eatting chocolate :sad:

Starchy carbohydrates. Potatoes, bread, etc. I don't eat them much anymore but I still drool when I see them. LOL0

Mine is chocolate, too!
Honestly, chocolate is hard to resist when it's there so i simply ask my sister to hide them somewhere!
Also, when i shop for food.. I buy certain types of chocolate and read the nutrition info. in the back and pick the ones who are a bit 'healthier' and i LOVE dark chocolate so i get tons of that! They're good for sugar cravings and they're healthier!
Pick certain days where you can have chocolate, this way you'll enjoy eating it and won't regret it after!
Drink lots of water everytime you see some chocolate or eat a small piece of dark chocolate!

My husband's days off. We tend to eat out for lunch and dinner and am usually over on this day. I do well the rest of the week but every Thursday blow it.0

There are several... pizza.. chicken tikka masala with cheese naan and basmati rice... a good burger and fries... and occasionally Thai Basil's sesame chicken (its like candy chicken its delicious)0

my down fall is also chocolate, but I use the sugar-free chocolate, o also the back to nature cookies... I buy it to test myself I need to build will power, I will buy the cookies and leave it in the freezer, have 3 every 2 or 3 days.0

I don't even buy them anymore because I cannot moderately eat them.0 -
alcohol. i really enjoy drinking. not getting drunk, mind you. i like the taste of alcohol, how each one is different. the aromas of a fine wine, the flavor of a properly brewed beer, the taste of an excellent scotch, the way gin has a subtleness that dances on your tounge. i've really cut down on my nightly libations, but i need to have a drink or two every few nights. i always log it and factor it around my day. no cheating the diary.0
