CAKE!!!!! Chocolate is bad too, but eating a little peanut butter kills the craving. I tried dark chocolate Hershey Kisses becaue somebody lied and said they are so rich you can only eat one or two....RIGHT.
  • Late night boredom.....after the kids go to bed and before my hubby gets home...Thats when I nom...doesn't matter what is in the house..I am tempted by it all :(

yup'er...this is my down fall too. I'm fine until the sun goes down. Any time after 9pm is a big struggle for me. A few smudges of Peanut butter on crackers....a yumEEEE fix!!!!

    Bourbon.

    And Indian food.

Not necessarily in the same setting, either. But one taste of either, and it's a caloric nightmare.
If I had my diary open for public viewing, you would see the nightmare that was yesterday's lunch
and the subsequent starvation I endured the rest of the day as a result.

    All without bourbon.

    Mmm... bourbon....

Soda! But I have switched to coke zero, and I am ok with it. Usually I can't stand the taste of diet soda.
But I am trying to wean myself off it completely.
Also chocolate during that time of month....

alcohol. i really enjoy drinking. not getting drunk, mind you. i like the taste of alcohol, how each one is different. the aromas of a fine wine, the flavor of a properly brewed beer, the taste of an excellent scotch, the way gin has a subtleness that dances on your tounge. i've really cut down on my nightly libations, but i need to have a drink or two every few nights. i always log it and factor it around my day. no cheating the diary.

    ^this. cheers! :drinker:
