Mine down fall is chocolate -_-
I need something to put me off from eatting it.. I can just be sitting there, see it & eat it
This is what recks my diary as its high in sugar & fats..
Once i start eatting it i never know when to stop

also coffee.. rich flavorful coffee I can drink it allllll day.

chips and salsa.. I can live off chips and salsa for the rest of my days.

Studying... well, the stress that comes with a lot of necessary studying. It's my senior year at university and along with classes, research, and med school apps I'm always so busy. I am super-stress eater. Most of the time I am fine, but since this semester started I have had two really bad weeks. The rest have been great!0

Chocolate for sure but I also sometimes crave salty things like pretzels and crackers. I have put myself on a no sugar/wheat diet because I find that it's just easier to avoid everything than tell myself I can only have a little because a little always turns into a lot.0

Sitting in front of the computer doing homework - research, writing, etc. - is the time when everything in the house is appealing to me! Even a spoonful of sugar would suffice. I spent 4 years noshing on crap and put on about 25 lbs. (on top of already being 40 overweight).
I'm 1 month into my Masters and am thankful I found this site! You people are so incredible and inspiring! I know I can get through the next 2 years losing weight instead of gaining. :flowerforyou:0
