When i eat fruit i always go over on my sugar intake but i know these are natural good sugars for our body. Do you recommend that i shouldnt include these in my diary ( i mean still add them) Just take the amount of sugars from the fruits i eat of the total of sugar?

Hope this makes sense ha

i posted something before regarding this and did not get a clear answer. normally i go over on sugars due to my fruit intake. there's 14g of sugar in one banana. some ppl said reduce fruit but if i do that, i will replace it with something bad. i just don't worry about my sugar grams at the end of the day if i know that the majority are coming from fruits

I noticed the same problem. I was basically ignoring it if the overage was due to fruit.
  • I just pay attention to where the sugar comes from. If it's from chocolate chip cookies, not good. If it's from an apple, who cares? haha. Plus, the limits are really low. I've heard that diabetics usually eat a maximum of 40g per day. If a diabetic can handle that, so can I.

I go way over on sugars too on account of fruit. I ignore sugar unless I know I am eating things that have bad sugars like sweets and then I pay attention. Fruit sugars I am not gonna get worked up about, the benefits of fruit are too great!
  • well you do not have to worry about it if its from fruits and veggies or even carbs. these are what your body needs, if you indulge in candies and other junk like that than you need to worrie. and when i say carbs i mean it because carbs turn into sugars in your body to burn it but do make sure you do a little excercising right after so you start to burn it off. so do not worry to much
