Any tips to lose the belly fat? lol

I hate my belly :grumble: and tops of legs but i feel my legs are now toning more. So its just my belly.
Any tips on toning the belly quick time? Obz not over night but something that actually works.

Ideas would be great thankyou :happy:

    Belly fat is normally the last to go so continue with your diet and exercise, patience and consistency is what will get you there. You can also do some core work that will thicken your abs making it more visible as your bodyfat drops.

    if it works your core its good. JM's 30 day shred helped me with the first 100 then I was hurt and had to stop till I get better. I strong core is what I was told to focus on first then the fat would fall off
