Effective Ab workouts

Hi and good morning people!

I'm finally got my body fat down so starting my ab workouts from tomorrow, Just wondering what people do on here? Do you do ab workouts everyday or 5days aweek? How long for? Etc etc. And if anyone's got any good tips/workouts/ phone apps to work from I'd be happy for your input :)

    I do almost no direct ab exercises. My abs get worked from the other exercises in my full-body strength routine. Like a lot of people, i don't think doing just ab exercises is particularly useful, so i'd recommend following a good, full-body program (NROL, Stronglifts, etc).

    ^^ This is a good point. You can add additional exercises, but at the end. If you work the core properly, you will strengthen the abs
