Shaun T T25 alpha & beta

I've brought these 2 DVD workouts today can anyone help me, what's the difference between them? Which one do I start first & for how long for etc?

Any help/input I'll be very gratful????
Ps I have the workout timetables

    You start with alpha - do it for 5 weeks, then do the beta for 5 weeks.

    If you have the workout timetables just follow those. Alpha is first and focuses on your form for 5 weeks and then you move onto Beta which focuses on your core.

    Google T25 calendar - you can get a printable calendar to use to tell you which work out on what day.
