  • I did a water fast a couple of days before a big party that weekend, so I'd have a flat tummy in my outfit. I literally had one alcoholic drink and was off my face drunk! Its funny now, but it was crazy at the time..! Bad idea!!!!!!!!!!!
  • I had the exact same issue! I absolutely hated it, so I saw a nutritionist who gave me an eating plan. She told me that I would most likely gain a small amount of weight before losing weight on the eating plan (weird, I know :P), but that it was just my bodies way of adjusting itself.   • I have the exact same issue of not being able to meet my 1200cal goal.. I find that I'm too busy or simply not hungry and by the time i sit down to eat, its late at night and I don't want to go to bed on an empty stomach. I'm also a vegetarian, which makes it much more difficult.
  • That's crazy! Her husband sounds like a grade-A douche! When i met my boyfriend i was 15kgs lighter.. I asked him if he minds, and he told me that he'd much prefer to see me happy than slim. :) However, he does tease my 'bingo wings', but never without receiving backlash :P
