I think if it is working for you and you are able to refocus and get back to you goals it is fine. You have to do what is best for yourself to stick with it. Slow weight loss is really better anyway. I am having a hard time taking the ones I have. Super Nutrition Simply One Women , that the place recommended. They make me so nauseous. Does that get better? From what a member here told me, the strips are not that accurate as far as trace, moderate etc. basically if you come up any positive you are in Keto but it can't accurately measure.

I actually do not. I take days off from my routine and exercising. But I have changed my diet for good. I have also been afraid that I might derail myself and not be able to get back on. I also feel so much better that I actually do not want to feel tired and yucky which is how I know I would feel if I were to "cheat".
