  • Personally, cutting out carbs and sugar is what made my stomach shape totally change. When I "over fiber" I get really overly bloated. I eat clean foods, low carb and get my fiber from veggies. That's what has helped me. Good luck to you.

  • I go by my hunger and listen to my body. If I am hungry I eat them back. If I am not that day I don't. Generally, I find I do need to eat some of them when I am exercising a lot. Usually half. I use them on healthy foods and protein not on junk.

I have done it now a few times with no problems. I drink a Joy Robb protein shake right after my work out or eat breakfast. What are you thoughts on this?
