YES!!! My face has really cleared up and has a healthy glow!!! SO many people have commented on it too and how much healthier I look! cutting out sugar and wheat is what helped mine, plus lots of water, veggies and hard exercise!

Your fat look slow. Don't be afraid to up it!! Protein and fat= awesome weight loss and keeps you full all day. Your cals look low. I follow a low sugar and low carb diet and it works great for me.

I aim for approx. 1200 cals. I exercise and eat back the calories *only* as needed. I do not eat them for the sake of it but when I am hungry. Some days I am some days not so much. Diet counts as much or if not more as working out! MEASURE your waist. I was working out hard and was not losing weight but lost 3 inches! Then the weight started coming off after. when I go away I still stick to my general plan but relax a little bit on my exact tracking. I am mindful of what I eat but don't freak out if I can't scan or track exactly. I just estimate.
