I had gestational diabetes with my son and had a taste of a future with tablets and insulin if I didn't change my ways. Plus, my 30th is fast approaching and spurring my motivation, lol.

Sertraline has had the same effect on me. I just simply don't have the same compulsion to eat as before and I am also trying to make sure that I eat enough. Amazing how they affect in such different ways. I put on with fluoxetine.
